Commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

The artwork process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks or longer, based on complexity.

Once your request is approved, I will send a PayPal invoice to the email you provided. Work will commence once full payment has been received.

You will receive the finished artwork as 300-600 dpi PNG files, both watermarked and non-watermarked, sent to your email.

You'll receive a sketch for approval before I finalize the piece. You can request minor adjustments within 24 hours of receiving the completed work.

I only use Paypal for payment transfers.

I will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, and I will inform you of any delays in your commissions.

To process payments, I will need your email address, which is used in invoices. Your information will only be used for payment purposes and will not be shared without your permission, except in case of an issue.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.

If more than two months pass since you have fully paid and I haven't started your commission, I will issue a refund unless we have agreed on a specific wait time beforehand.

I typically complete commissions within 2 to 3 weeks, but this time frame may vary based on circumstances and the complexity of the project.

You may use the completed commission for personal purposes only and cannot sell or resell it. If you share or post it, please provide proper credit.
